I’m sitting at Munich airport and waiting for my flight back to Madrid. For me it’s a good time to write a new blog post. I’m lucky that writing relaxes me and even when I’m tired like now, writing doesn’t require a great effort.
Busy schedule writing blog
Although my daily routine doesn’t usually allow me much time to write new articles, I’ve learned to find gaps in my schedule that allow me to publish a new post at least once a week. If you’d like to write a blog, this is what I would do:
Reserve spaces in your schedule to write: if you plan the writing of a post like a meeting in your schedule, you can reserve that space for a algeria phone number library post. If you don’t block time, you’ll obviously never “find” a space. There are always things to do. With a little training, you can get to writing good posts in a short time.
Prepare a document with ideas
Many ideas don’t come directly when you’re writing. I simply have a Word file called “ideas” where I have a list of post titles and some increase your business revenue brief notes. If you have to start writing an article without first having a concrete idea, writing it will take you much longer.
Make use of dead times when you are waiting: train or plane trips are often dead times when it can be easier to write an article than to work asia email list on the presentation for investors or the next proposal for a client. Identify your waiting times and use them to keep your blog up to date.
Work with sketches
There is not always time to finish a post in one go. If you are clear that you are going to start writing as soon as you start writing, you take the pressure off of finishing a post every time you start writing. With sketches you can take advantage of even 15 minutes that you would otherwise have spent waiting or doing something else unproductive.
Like everything in life, writing a blog requires discipline and perseverance. If you really want to do it, you will find the time to do it. What are your tips for keeping a blog up to date with a busy schedule.
