What was their goal and how did they end up launching a questionnaire?
At first glance, it seems easy to set up an online store. All you special database need to do is create a website with your products, set up payment methods, launch a marketing campaign, and start making money. Sounds like a mixed blessing! Euphoria spent many days developing their website. Once it was ready, they launched paid ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. They got their first 1,000 visitors but zero sales.

At that point, they decided to cut their marketing budget, and as a result, they started getting fewer visitors. However, visitors started leaving their WhatsApp numbers in exchange for a discount coupon. So, sales managers contacted visitors via WhatsApp, and Euphoria finally started getting its first sales.
Questionnaires on a web page

With each question, the visitor sees the discount percentage increase. At the end of the questionnaire, the visitor is asked to leave their WhatsApp number and receive their promotional code directly in their messenger.
