My first thoughts on our Amazon business for 2024

If all goes well, November will be 40-50% above the previous year. It’s not bad, but it’s still below the target set. Yes, it has been very ambitious, but it’s what we need right now. It doesn’t make sense to set goals that are easily achievable.

Although we still have the most important month of the year ahead of us, my mind is already partly in 2024. I’m being very optimistic. I think we can achieve something big in 2024, but to do so we need to finish 2023 well.

Refinancing credit lines

Between the end of March and April, several overseas data credit lines have to be repaid. At the moment things are looking good, but December has to continue along that line and even be above what we are seeing in November.

The idea would be to repeat the move. First, we have to show the bank that we have the capacity to repay that money. Then we have to get the short-term credit line again for Christmas purchases in 2024. We have done many things well this year, we have to continue on the path we started and apply what we have learned.

Focus

It is a topic that I have not decided 100% but one thing is increasingly clear to me. We need focus. I have never been a fan of the phrase “less is more” but in this context it may be accurate. We have gold in our hands, we should not be distracted advice on choosing between hiring by other things that are not up to par or at least are still in further phases of proving that they can get there.

Scale what is working
There is a type of product that is “breaking out” this Christmas. We are going to replicate it with new variations. It is something that will undoubtedly succeed. 2024 will be incredible because we have enough time to get there and carry out a product fans data development that is up to par. Little more to say here.

Agency

I have to get more involved to improve our agreements and services with clients. These are the small, big things we failed at in 2023. We will do a much better job in 2024.
