Planning for Amazon’s first post-Christmas sales in 2024

Everything points to us being 40% above the 2023 turnover level this November. November has been strong but it is also true that we have opted for lower margins. At the end of the year we have to look back again to make sure that in terms of profits it has also been worth it.

We are about to (if all goes well) start the strongest month of sales. Even so, we have to look towards January to be sure if we have the necessary products to generate a minimum turnover of 70,000 euros. In 2023 it was only 36,000 euros but this year we are much better prepared to “easily” double the income for the new year. We have to grow quickly and well.

My quick analysis is based on looking at October

which was a month of 70k. We have to replicate in January 2024 what we have achieved there.

They are mainly Pokémon products phone number library that have helped us achieve those sales. Now we even have a top seller of our own brand that will help complete those sales.

With products that are rather “boring” to put it in some way. They are always there and we don’t appreciate them too much but to be honest they contribute their part without causing too many problems. They are not strategic and sooner marketing channels are an important or later we will abandon them.

Looking back at the last lines written I have no doubt that achieving 70k in January will be difficult. We should aim higher and try to get close to 100k. Too ambitious?

Every day I change my mind. Now we have fans data managed to make the destructive evaluation no longer have so much visibility. An average product of 4.1 is not that bad, so it might not be such a bad idea to continue with the brand, but to look for a better supplier in terms of quality and price. It won’t be easy, but it will be feasible.
