I have a good excuse. This week we have friends over. Despite going to bed more or less at the usual time this morning I had a hard time waking up when the alarm went off. There are four of us sleeping in the youngest’s room and even though they didn’t make any noise I had a bad night. I ate and drank too much so I moved from one place to another. It doesn’t surprise me but these small changes have a direct impact on sleep. If you change one small thing in your routine it can ruin the next day.
In my case it’s not a drama
I have “holidays” although this morning I have to go to the office to prepare a job for a client that I have to deliver tomorrow at the latest. If you start a business you are almost never completely disconnected but over the years telegram database users list I have improved quite a bit in that aspect.
Back to what I was saying
It’s 7:17 as I write these lines. Normally I would already be doing sports. The point is not to go crazy. Instead of continuing to waste time this includes using appropriate keywords thinking that you are having a less productive day than usual, you have to carry on as if nothing happened. In my case, it is finally having given myself the push to publish the daily blog article. It is also true that my body is not yet ready for what is coming in terms of exercise. That today I have a long and hard workout ahead of me that will surely make me suffer a little.
Soon I will be back to the morning routine
When I am already under the shower after having overcome the exercise that I am somewhat afraid of. A non-productive day is not a drama. The fans data secret is to get back to it as soon as possible. To do things again despite everything that has not gone well so far.
I am clear about one thing. To have a better start tomorrow afternoon I will not have dinner or drink as much as yesterday. My stomach needs to recover. Let’s see if I can manage it since we have raclette planned. It will not be easy.
