10 sentences we hate to hear from clients – and what we would like to hear

Agencies versus clients. Two different worlds that often don’t understand each other. Unclear communication on both sides is mostly to blame . That’s why I asked project managers, content strategists, SEO specialists, copywriters and graphic designers in Včeliště and together we wrote 10 sentences that we don’t like to hear from clients, and what we’d rather hear instead.

Sentence #1: “I’ve paid for 10 agencies

To advertise online and they all just ripped me off and didn’t bring me any customers.”
What would we rather hear instead? “Several agenci taiwan whatsapp number data es have already promoted me, but none of them have brought relevant customers. Can you advise me where the error is?’

whatsapp data

Such a sentence is an ideal starting position . We can look at the analysis of the site, conversion rate, business model and competitiveness, and only then find out if and where it makes sense to invest in promotion.

Sentence #2 : “Custo they don’t und planning for amazon’s first post-christmas sales in 2024 erstand us and they don’t know how to use our website.”
What would we like to hear instead? “It looks like we built a website for us experts, but customers don’t know about it. Can you help us with that?”

You always have to adapt to the customers, not the  resource data ther way around. A simple, clean and user-friendly website will help you direct your customers exactly where you want them to go.

Sentence No. 3: “A mobile version of the website? For what? I don’t use a smart phone and I never will.’
What would we like to hear instead? “Smartphones are completely beyond me, but I understand that most people don’t, so I’m happy to get advice on the mobile version of the website.”

Whatever we may think about smartphones

We will not stop progress. The percentage of web browsing from mobile phones is constantly increasing, so it is important to adapt and not ignore important things because of your own beliefs.
